The Senior SoC Software DevOps Engineer will own end-to-end CI/CD pipelines, release processes, hardware-in-the-loop testing, observability, and developer-productivity improvements for software supporting AWS's Trainium and Inferentia custom machine-learning chips. The role requires 7+ years of software development lifecycle experience, leadership or mentoring experience, Python and infrastructure-as-code expertise, AWS service knowledge, and Linux build-environment experience. It is based in Cupertino, California, or Austin, Texas, with annual base salaries of $193,300–$261,500 in Cupertino and $168,100–$227,400 in Austin.
