Required Previous Experiences: Proven experience building, managing, and optimising paid media campaigns across relevant platforms.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose performance issues and turn data into clear, actionable recommendations.
Genuine attention to detail, particularly around budget control and account hygiene.
Experience supporting or mentoring junior team members.
Preferred Qualifications: Demonstrated strong innovation across accounts through effective rollout of new creatives, tests, betas, strategies, or tools to support performance, sharing learnings with the wider team.
