ServiceNow is hiring a Senior Software Engineer – AI Native Development to design, build, and operate production-grade AI-powered applications and platforms. The role spans full-stack development, cloud-native infrastructure, APIs, distributed systems, LLMs, RAG, embeddings, semantic search, agent workflows, model evaluation, observability, security, and reliability. The engineer will own software delivery, contribute to architecture and engineering standards, mentor engineers, and help establish AI-native development practices.
