Description

Case IQ is hiring a Senior Software Application Developer to set technical direction and deliver durable, secure software for its B2B SaaS platform. The role leads complex cross-functional initiatives, AI-enabled product capabilities, agentic software development lifecycle practices, evaluation and guardrail systems, cloud infrastructure, security, and engineering standards, while mentoring engineers and shaping technical roadmaps. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 10+ years of software engineering experience, substantial SaaS leadership, and expertise in TypeScript, Node.js, distributed systems, AI applications, and cloud security. The position is full-time, pays 110,000–140,000 CAD, and allows remote work within a flexible environment.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent depth of professional experience
Required Previous Experiences: 10+ years of software engineering experience, including substantial experience designing and operating large-scale, customer-facing SaaS systems and demonstrated technical leadership across teams
Experience building or operating AI-enabled software in production, including LLM application patterns, RAG or retrieval systems, tool calling or workflow orchestration, evaluation, monitoring, and risk controls
Hands-on experience using and improving AI-native or agentic software development lifecycle workflows while maintaining rigorous human review, test coverage, security controls, and accountable engineering ownership
Experience with Docker or container platforms, GitHub, CI/CD, observability, and cloud security practices
