The role combines hands-on architecture, implementation support, architectural strategy, design reviews, technical guidance, risk management, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration. It requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field, at least 10 years of software engineering experience, expertise in a modern back-end language, data systems, distributed systems, and practical awareness of AI-assisted engineering tools. The position offers onsite onboarding, hybrid and flexible work time, and a work-from-abroad program.
