TechFlow is hiring a Senior Software Architect / Lead Software Engineer in Montgomery, Alabama to lead architectural design and development for a mission-critical Department of Defense software development and modernization program. The role focuses on secure, scalable, maintainable software using open-standard and modern Java enterprise technologies, with responsibilities spanning code reviews, DevSecOps, vulnerability remediation, technical debt, quality metrics, RMF and STIG compliance, and mentoring software engineers. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least seven years of Java enterprise application development experience, an active Secret Security Clearance, and familiarity with DoD cybersecurity requirements.
