NetBox Labs is hiring a Senior Software Backend Engineer for its Foundations platform team, which builds core identity, authentication, access control, and shared platform services. The role owns complex backend components from design through production, collaborates with Product and other engineering teams, investigates technical problems, manages technical debt, and mentors engineers. Candidates need at least four years of software development experience, backend experience in Python or Go, platform-engineering experience, milestone-delivery experience, mentoring experience, Linux and distributed-systems fundamentals, and experience incorporating AI into development workflows.
