Description
The Senior Software Camera Tools Engineer will support indie’s Vision Business Unit by designing, developing, and maintaining camera host software tools, automation workflows, GUIs, and testing infrastructure for camera calibration, tuning, lab automation, simulators, and video processing chip features. The role collaborates with imaging, firmware, image quality, and hardware teams, leads tool development, mentors engineers, and documents solutions. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree plus six years of experience, or a master’s degree plus four years of experience, along with C++ desktop application development, GUI framework, hardware-software, and embedded-systems experience.
