YORA is hiring a Senior Software / Data Engineer to work at the intersection of data architecture, engineering, governance, and engineering performance. The role analyzes and visualizes engineering and delivery metrics, identifies bottlenecks and improvement opportunities, supports data governance and compliance, works with backlog structures and workflows, and presents insights to engineering teams and leadership. Candidates should have extensive experience in data architecture and engineering, compliance and data governance, metrics analysis, visualization, statistical forecasting, backlog tools, Jenkins, Git/Bitbucket, Artifactory, Docker, and Kubernetes, along with strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
