OTR Solutions is hiring a Senior Software Developer to build and maintain internal web applications for its operations, funding, and client-facing teams. The role covers full-stack development with C#/.NET and React, end-to-end feature ownership, system reliability, code quality, stakeholder collaboration, and mentorship. Candidates need at least five years of professional software development experience, strong C#/.NET and React skills, SQL and REST API experience, and familiarity with internal or line-of-business applications; fintech, logistics, or factoring experience is a plus.
