ServiceCentral is hiring a Senior Software Developer to build and maintain production-grade SaaS applications using AI agents, MCPs, knowledge repositories, and AI coding tools as core parts of the software development lifecycle. The role owns architecture decisions, API and data-model design, service integrations, observability, reliability, and security, while also developing backend services and scalable line-of-business software. Candidates need senior software development experience, hands-on production experience with AI agents, MCP experience, knowledge-repository experience, and strong backend SaaS development skills. The position offers remote work, a CAD salary range of $130,000–$150,000, a performance-based bonus, health and benefits, and unlimited flexible paid time off.
