Description
Mindrift is seeking experienced software developers for a project-based opportunity creating and evaluating datasets for AI coding agents. The role involves building realistic simulated developer environments, designing challenging coding tasks and evaluation criteria, writing functional and integration tests, and refining tasks based on QA feedback. It is project-based rather than permanent employment, requires 8+ years of software development experience, proficiency with Python/FastAPI, JavaScript/TypeScript/React, Docker, Postgres, Kafka, Redis, and English proficiency at B2+ or higher. Work is flexible and paid per accepted task, with compensation up to the equivalent of $200 per hour.
