Description
Mindrift is recruiting experienced software developers for a project-based opportunity focused on evaluating AI coding agents. The role involves building realistic simulated developer environments, designing challenging coding tasks and evaluation criteria, writing functional and integration tests, and refining tasks based on QA feedback. It is not permanent employment, data labeling, prompt engineering, or primarily coding from scratch. Applicants need 8+ years of software development experience, strong Python/FastAPI and JavaScript/TypeScript/React experience, familiarity with Docker, Postgres, Kafka, and Redis, testing experience, and B2+ English proficiency. Work is flexible and paid per accepted task, with compensation up to the equivalent of $200 per hour.
