Description
Mindrift is seeking experienced software developers for a project-based opportunity creating and evaluating benchmark tasks for AI coding agents. The work involves building realistic simulated developer environments, designing challenging coding tasks and acceptance criteria, writing functional and integration tests, and refining tasks based on QA feedback. Candidates need 8+ years of software development experience, proficiency with Python/FastAPI, JavaScript/TypeScript/React, Docker, PostgreSQL, Kafka, Redis, and English proficiency at B2 or higher. Work is paid per accepted task, estimated at about 30 hours per task, with compensation up to the equivalent of $150 per hour.
