Mindrift is recruiting experienced software developers for a project-based opportunity to create and evaluate benchmark tasks for AI coding agents. The work involves building realistic simulated developer environments, designing solvable coding tasks, writing robust functional and integration tests, and iterating based on QA feedback. This is not permanent employment or data labeling; participants work flexibly on approximately 30-hour tasks and are paid per accepted task, with compensation up to the equivalent of $200 per hour depending on qualification tier and efficiency.
