Description
Mindrift is recruiting experienced software developers for a project-based opportunity to create and evaluate datasets for AI coding agents. The work involves building realistic simulated developer environments, designing challenging coding tasks and evaluation criteria, writing functional and integration tests, and refining tasks based on QA feedback. The role is project-based rather than permanent employment, with an estimated 30 hours per task and payment per accepted task, up to the equivalent of $150 per hour. Applicants need 8+ years of software development experience, proficiency with Python/FastAPI, JavaScript/TypeScript/React, Docker, Postgres, Kafka, Redis, test writing, and English at B2+ level.
