Acuity Insights is hiring a Senior Software Developer for its One45 product, a mature, mission-critical platform used by medical schools across North America to manage scheduling, evaluations, curriculum, learner records, accreditation reporting, and related workflows. The role is fully remote within Canada and combines customer-facing improvements, bug fixes, and production support with longer-term modernization work such as API development, core module evolution, improved data access, and AI-assisted software development. The team works across the stack with a backend lean using PHP, Symfony, MySQL, and React, and seeks someone comfortable with ambiguity, technical ownership, code review, testing, and mentoring in a small collaborative team.
