Belay Technologies is hiring a CNO Developer for its intelligence team to reverse engineer, prototype, develop, modify, and integrate mission-centric software. The role coordinates with analysts, operators, data scientists, and other software engineers; supports fielded systems; and contributes to requirements, development lifecycles, code reviews, and technical consulting. Candidates need a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, extensive software engineering experience, C/C++/Python development skills, familiarity with Unix, Git, Subversion, and Atlassian tools, and experience with CNO software or related intelligence systems. The position offers a salary range of $190,000 to $240,000 and benefits including medical, dental, HSA, retirement matching, tuition support, and loan repayment.
