Benchmark Insurance Group is hiring a full-time Senior Software Developer to design and build scalable, high-performance applications supporting insurance brokerage operations. The role involves software development, technical architecture, API and third-party service integration, debugging, code review, mentoring, and ensuring application performance, security, and scalability. Candidates need at least five years of software development experience, proficiency with a major programming language and modern framework, cloud and database experience, and familiarity with Git and CI/CD. The position is based on-site in Houston, Texas, with a Monday-to-Friday schedule and flexible remote/hybrid work options.
