Interra Health is hiring a Senior Software Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable cloud-native applications using .NET Core (C#) and React on Microsoft Azure. The role covers backend APIs, SQL Server data access, Azure services, React frontend development, testing, CI/CD, system architecture, and AI-assisted engineering. It is a fully remote position within the United States with periodic travel, and requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a technology-related field or equivalent experience with at least 10 years of strong technical experience in .NET and React, plus at least 3 years of Microsoft Azure experience.
