Description
The role leads Guidewire software development and technical delivery, coordinating system changes, deployments, testing, vendor requests, and business requirements while analyzing and improving applications. It includes software analysis, design, implementation, installation, training, troubleshooting, documentation, and support for users and operating areas. The position also mentors team members, provides technical guidance, and works with leadership to ensure the development ecosystem meets business needs. Desired qualifications include a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience, at least five years of related experience, Core Java development, software integrations, performance and CI/CD tools, and technical leadership through release.
