nou Systems, Inc. is hiring Senior Software Developers for its Technical Solutions Division and JSTC2 Team in Huntsville, Alabama. The role develops software for warfighting training exercises, including web-based front ends, large-data-management back ends, and on-prem LLM-powered data exploration. Developers will work as individual contributors, mentor junior developers, contribute to software architecture, and collaborate in an Agile/SAFe environment. The position requires a relevant master’s degree or bachelor’s degree plus four years of experience, 10+ years of full-time professional software development experience, three or more years in technical leadership, an active Secret Security Clearance, and U.S. citizenship.
