The Senior Software Developer is a volunteer, global role responsible for leading smaller software development teams, managing product roadmaps and sprint priorities, conducting user research, designing and deploying software, performing code reviews and unit testing, supporting partnerships, and contributing to budgets and funding proposals. The role requires software development and algorithm skills, user interface design, leadership, communication, organizational, and technical-learning abilities, with 3 to 5 years of team-leadership experience preferred.
