SRC CAN Ltd is hiring a Senior Software Developer to lead and coordinate the technical delivery of software development teams working on Electronic Warfare Operational Support Systems, intelligence mission data, and related signals intelligence and radar software. The role involves software design, coding, testing, integration, project status reporting, mentoring intermediate and junior developers, and contributing to people-management activities. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant discipline, at least six years of software development experience, distributed systems and data engineering expertise, and eligibility for a Level 3 Government of Canada security clearance. The position is based in Ottawa, Ontario, with a hybrid arrangement and an estimated annual salary of $100,000 to $135,000.
