Workday is hiring an experienced Software Developer for its Authentication Security team to design and build resilient, scalable authentication systems and security infrastructure. The role involves defining the security platform roadmap, developing APIs and microservices, improving code reliability, collaborating with engineering and support teams, participating in on-call rotation, and leading incident response. Candidates need 7+ years of software development experience, strong object-oriented programming and API development skills, deep IAM and identity-protocol knowledge, and experience with databases, containerization, observability, and CI/CD. The position is based in Ireland with a base pay range of €86,400 to €129,600 and a flexible work arrangement requiring at least 50% office or field time each quarter.
