Dialogue is hiring a Senior Software Developer, Backend to design and operate mission-critical applications and API services for its appointment-scoring, availability, and redistribution systems. The role involves building reliable backend software, collaborating with operations and product stakeholders, writing testable code, and mentoring other developers. Candidates should have at least five years of backend experience, familiarity with distributed systems, event-driven or data-synchronization architectures, automation or workflow systems, and modern backend tooling.
