Description
Dialogue is hiring a Senior Software Developer, Backend to design, improve, and operate critical applications and API services for its appointment-scoring, availability, and redistribution systems. The role involves collaborating with Operations, product management, data scientists, DevSecOps, and other teams; writing testable code and technical designs; conducting code reviews; and coaching other developers. Candidates should have at least five years of backend experience across services, APIs, distributed systems, and data modeling, along with knowledge of event-driven and data-synchronization architectures, automated systems, optimization or machine-learning workflows, and modern backend development practices. The position may be based in Montreal or Toronto with a hybrid arrangement of three days per week in the office.
