Dialogue is hiring a Senior Software Developer, Backend to build, improve, and operate mission-critical applications and API services for its Canadian virtual care platform. The role involves prioritizing work with product management, writing testable code, contributing to technical design, and mentoring other developers. Candidates need at least five years of experience with distributed systems, API design, relational modeling, or database administration, along with Python, databases, and cloud infrastructure experience; PostgreSQL and AWS are assets, and React experience is also beneficial. The role offers hybrid work with three days per week in Montreal or Toronto, excluding remote roles.
