The role focuses on designing and overseeing scalable RESTful APIs, microservices, and backends; containerization and cloud orchestration; CI/CD pipelines; database and messaging integrations; performance, availability, monitoring, and technical-debt management; and mentoring junior developers. Candidates need 3–6 years of backend or full-stack experience, strong programming and cloud skills, and experience with microservices, CI/CD, and test automation.
