Description
The employer is hiring a Senior Software Developer – Embedded Linux / C++ for a technically demanding industrial company in the Kassel area. The role develops and optimizes software for electronic subassemblies in complex technical systems under Embedded Linux, covering design, implementation, integration, verification, troubleshooting, documentation, and series release. The developer will work with hardware, system, production, and quality assurance teams and may eventually serve as a Product Owner in agile software projects. The position requires a relevant degree, extensive embedded software experience, C/C++ and related programming experience, Embedded Linux and Yocto expertise, security-relevant software knowledge, and German and English proficiency. It is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week role with an indefinite contract and short-notice start.
