AssureSoft is hiring a Senior Software Development Engineer in Test to build reusable test automation frameworks, integrate test suites into CI/CD pipelines, refactor legacy backend microservices, develop feature test scenarios, diagnose failures, and improve unit and integration coverage. The role requires a strong QA and software engineering mindset, deep TypeScript proficiency, cloud platform experience, CI/CD and packaging expertise, and Next.js web interface automation with Playwright. The position is remote.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: QA and software engineering experience, including navigating, debugging, and refactoring application codebases
Hands-on TypeScript experience across front-end and back-end application layers
Hands-on experience with a major cloud provider ecosystem
Experience packaging test artifacts and managing automated execution in CI/CD pipelines
Experience automating Next.js web interfaces with TypeScript and Playwright
Preferred Qualifications: Experience building custom backend test harnesses and microservice automation with Node.js and TypeScript
Familiarity with lightweight API testing tools
Experience with containerized environments and Kubernetes YAML manifests
Exposure to Python or C# for maintaining legacy utilities
