Dialogue is hiring a Senior Software Developer, Full-Stack to build, improve, and operate mission-critical applications and API services for its Client Stream team. The role involves prioritizing work with product management, writing technical designs and testable code, and mentoring other engineers. Candidates should have at least five years of experience with distributed systems, API design, and significant software initiatives, along with strong data-structure and algorithm reasoning. Python, PostgreSQL, AWS, React Native, databases, and cloud infrastructure are required, while TypeScript and React experience are assets. The role reports to Malik Lewis, Manager, Software Development, and offers hybrid work with three days per week in Montreal or Toronto.
