ScalePad is hiring a Senior Full-Stack Developer to build new products and innovate within its existing SaaS technology stack. The role covers research, analysis, design, development, stakeholder collaboration, documentation, secure coding, operational improvements, and mentoring junior and mid-level engineers. It requires 5–7+ years of SaaS application development experience, proficiency with C#/.NET and React/TypeScript, strong SQL and database skills, AWS or Azure experience, and familiarity with CI/CD, Agile, and DevOps practices. The position is full-time, eligible for Canadian work eligibility, and offers remote or hybrid work with hub locations in Vancouver, Toronto, Montreal, and Phoenix.
