Bosch Global Software Technologies Private Limited is hiring a Senior Software Developer – MEM for its Automotive Software Engineering team to design, develop, integrate, and verify AUTOSAR-based Memory Stack software for automotive ECUs. The role focuses on embedded software development in Embedded C, AUTOSAR Classic Platform, memory management, debugging, unit testing, integration/verification, and cross-functional collaboration with BSW, hardware, functional safety, and validation teams. The position requires 5–8 years of automotive embedded software experience, strong technical leadership and mentoring skills, and familiarity with Automotive SPICE; knowledge of ISO 26262 and DRBFM is a plus.
