Mitel is hiring a Test Automation Engineer to build and evolve an in-house platform for large-scale load and functional testing of real-time communication and VoIP systems. The role owns features end-to-end, develops Java components, works with C/C++ media and networking code on Linux, uses Docker and container orchestration, and contributes to CI/CD, code review, and technical documentation. Candidates need at least four years of software development experience, strong Java and C/C++ skills, Linux and networking knowledge, test automation and CI/CD experience, and fluent English.
