RBC is hiring a Senior Software Developer, Workday Integrations & Extend to lead the technical design, development, testing, deployment, and support of Workday HCM solutions. The role focuses on Workday integration and Extend technologies, enterprise integrations with systems such as SAP and ServiceNow, secure and scalable solution design, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and AI-driven process improvements. It requires 3–8 years of Workday experience, hands-on technical development, and expertise in APIs, XML, XSLT, JSON, WSDL, WQL, Web Services, and Java, with middleware experience preferred. The position is full-time and based in Toronto, Canada.
