Description
The role focuses on defining and evolving agentic architectures for production workflows, developing sub-agents within the Adobe Express AI Assistant ecosystem, and taking AI systems from prototype to scalable production. Responsibilities include establishing success metrics, guardrails, evaluation pipelines, A/B experiments, drift detection, and improvements, while owning quality, adoption, latency, and cost. The position requires strong software engineering experience, LLM API and prompt engineering expertise, agent memory and state management, RAG and vector-database experience, production deployment experience, and familiarity with AWS or Azure.
