Description
Adobe is hiring an AI Agent Engineer to define and evolve agentic architectures for production workflows, develop sub-agents within the Adobe Express AI Assistant ecosystem, and take prototypes to scalable systems. The role owns quality, adoption, latency, and cost metrics; establishes evaluation pipelines and A/B experiments; monitors production data for drift and failure modes; and iterates on agents. Candidates need 5+ years of software engineering experience, strong systems thinking, Python or TypeScript, API and distributed-systems knowledge, observability experience, and production experience with conversational agents or AI workflows. Preferred qualifications include multi-agent orchestration, agent-to-agent communication, evaluation systems, synthetic data, and production debugging.
