Capital One is hiring a Senior Software Development Engineer for its UK Connect team, which supports the UK contact centre using Amazon Connect Customer on AWS. The role focuses on Node/TypeScript or Go, AWS serverless services, Amazon Connect, custom front-end portals, Jenkins, and monitoring and logging. The engineer will own software development deployments, set engineering standards, mentor peers, manage system optimisation and incident response, and work in a hybrid arrangement with three office days and two remote days.
