AWS is hiring a Senior Software Development Engineer for its Field Experience (AFX) team to build generative AI workflows, intelligent automation, scalable data pipelines, APIs, and services for field sales operations. The role owns end-to-end feature delivery, technical strategy for signals and entity resolution, mentoring, code reviews, on-call operations, and incident response. Candidates need at least five years of professional software development experience, programming experience, system design or architecture experience, and mentorship or engineering leadership experience; a bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent is preferred. The position is available in Dallas, Texas, and Seattle, Washington, with a base salary of $168,000 to $227,400 annually.
