AWS is hiring a Senior Software Development Engineer for its AWS Acceleration team to lead the development of secure, highly available, performant, and scalable AI systems supporting the AWS Partner Network. The role owns the end-to-end partner onboarding and journey-automation experience, from registration through co-sell readiness and AWS Marketplace enablement, while leading engineering teams, making architecture decisions, and driving AI-assisted development practices. The position requires substantial software development and systems design experience, a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, and programming experience; it is based in Austin or Arlington, Texas, with a base salary of 143,700 to 194,400 USD annually.
