AWS is hiring a Senior Software Development Engineer to own the architecture and delivery of production systems for agentic AI products that support enterprise cloud migrations and modernization. The role combines hands-on software development across React frontends, AWS CDK infrastructure, Python backend systems, and AI agent logic with leadership responsibilities including project leadership, technical mentoring, engineering standards, and operational excellence. The engineer will work on distributed systems, AWS services, LLMs, multi-agent workflows, and AWS Transform integration, with approximately 5% travel to customer sites.
