Blue Origin is hiring a Senior Software Development Engineer on its Enterprise Technology Applications team to replace manual, ticket-driven operational work with automation and self-service tooling across Jira, Confluence, and other enterprise applications. The role owns software through design and production operation, builds REST integrations and Jira workflows, partners with infrastructure engineers, leads technical designs, mentors engineers, and applies AI-assisted development. It requires 5+ years of software development experience, proficiency in languages such as Python, Go, or Groovy, AWS knowledge, and U.S. work authorization under export-control requirements. The Washington base pay range is $197,529.00–$276,539.55 annually.
