Microchip Denmark is hiring an Embedded Software Engineer to develop Linux-based application software for Ethernet switch products. The role involves understanding switch functionality, developing embedded software, creating technical documentation, assisting customers with system-level design, supporting product development and trade shows, and training factory and corporate applications. The position requires a B.Sc. or M.Sc., at least six years of embedded software design experience, C/C++ programming skills, processor and operating-system knowledge, strong English communication, analytical ability, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
