Description
Vijil is hiring a Senior Backend Engineer to own the company’s backend platform end-to-end, including cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, production operations, observability, on-call support, and the AI agents and libraries that power its product. The role requires 10+ years of backend software engineering experience, strong cloud development and production systems experience, hands-on agentic AI systems experience, Python expertise, and production-grade deployment and database skills. The position offers a $150,000–$250,000 annual salary, health, dental, and vision insurance, equity, flexible time off, paid leave, and immigration sponsorship.
