AWS is hiring a Technical Lead for its Display Protocols team to manage and grow an international engineering team building low-latency remote desktop and application-streaming protocols. The role owns the development lifecycle, translates requirements into designs, reviews technical work, partners with product and technology leaders on long-term strategy, and drives engineering quality and adoption. Candidates need at least five years of professional software development experience, programming experience, design or architecture leadership experience, and mentorship or engineering-team leadership experience. The position is based in AWS’s Seattle office, with a base salary of 168,100 to 227,400 USD annually.
