Annapurna Labs is hiring a Senior Software Development Engineer to lead the architecture and delivery of systems software for next-generation ML accelerator servers. The role covers hardware validation, PCIe and power/thermal diagnostics, stress testing, fleet-scale operations, debugging hardware-software failures, data pipelines, monitoring, and mentoring engineers. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant engineering or computer science field and at least eight years of professional software development experience; hardware bring-up, ASIC/FPGA validation, scripting, data pipelines, cross-team leadership, and PCIe debugging experience are preferred.
