Pico Technology is hiring a Senior Software Development Engineer to join a multidisciplinary Product Line team and deliver high-quality software for global customers. The role leads feature design and implementation, manages technical risk and estimates, maintains architecture, and focuses on C++ 17, real-time data handling, bus data decoding, testing, CI/CD, and code quality. It also supports and guides developers and includes blue-sky technology research. The position is full-time, hybrid, with three days from home and two days onsite in the St Neots office, and offers compensation of up to £75,000 DOE.
