Arkestro is hiring an experienced Software Quality Engineer (SDET) to develop and improve its quality engineering processes and platform. The role focuses on building regression automation, manual validation, smoke, regression, integration, and performance testing; documenting test behavior; correlating failures with defects; escalating quality risks; collaborating with product and customer-facing teams; maintaining GitHub automation repositories; and participating in on-call rotation. Candidates need at least five years of software quality assurance and automated testing experience, programming experience with languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Gherkin, SQL, and Ruby/Rails, and strong communication skills. The position offers a $135,000–$165,000 USD salary, medical, dental, and vision insurance, equity, and a remote-first work arrangement.
