Description

SpiderRock is hiring a Senior Software Development Engineer in Test to own quality across trading systems, including order execution, real-time risk analytics, options pricing, FIX and exchange connectivity, AI/ML model validation, LLM evaluation, performance testing, data quality, and production incident regression. The role requires 4+ years of SDET or QA Engineering experience, including at least 2 years in financial services or trading systems, along with Python or Java/C++ test automation, options and quantitative-model knowledge, event-driven systems experience, ML pipeline testing, SQL and time-series databases, CI/CD, and AI governance familiarity. Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 4+ years of SDET or QA Engineering experience
At least 2 years in financial services or trading systems
End-to-end ML pipeline testing from data ingestion through model output and downstream consumption
Experience with CI/CD tools including Jenkins, GitLab CI, and GitHub Actions
Experience with market simulators or exchange emulators
Experience with market simulators or exchange emulators
Familiarity with MLflow, Weights & Biases, or SageMaker for model lifecycle tracking and test integration
Knowledge of AI governance and model risk management frameworks relevant to financial institutions
